Every production batch follows an ISO 2859-1 acceptance sampling plan at General Inspection Level II, with AQL 1.5 for Major defects unless the signed inspection plan specifies otherwise. We agree lot size, defect classifications and acceptance/rejection numbers before production.
Batch sampling is supported by in-house 100% finished-goods functional testing. Dynamic balancing checks apply to the relevant blade and motor configuration. A project using an AQL target between 1.5 and 2.0 must define the corresponding inspection plan; AQL is not a guarantee of the percentage of defects in a shipment.
Structural engineering, prototype trial runs, final assembly and 100% finished-goods functional QC are completed in-house at our Foshan facility. This keeps the approved design, assembly process and shipment checks under one accountable factory team.
We integrate qualified specialist component partners into our production workflow for precision tuning, including 3-phase BLDC motor drive configuration and aluminum blade dynamic balancing on applicable models. Our Foshan team controls the approved specification, incoming acceptance and final product release.
