In-house structural engineering, prototype trials, final assembly and 100% finished-goods functional checks. Batch inspection follows ISO 2859-1, General Inspection Level II, with AQL 1.5 for major defects.

What are your wholesale prices and MOQs?
Indicative bulk pricing is USD 5–15 per unit. Standard MOQs are 2,000 desk fans or 3,000 handheld fans; trial quantities are assessed separately. Custom Pantone colors start at 2,000 pieces per color, subject to the model order MOQ.
What are the sample and production lead times?
Allow about 15 days for custom samples. We target around 30 days for private-label handheld production after artwork, packaging and pre-production sample approval. Your quotation confirms the schedule for the selected model.
How do you protect private molds and brand designs?
We develop original private-mold fans and do not offer generic public-mold models. Tooling and patent evidence can be reviewed under an NDA. Regional exclusivity is confirmed in a model- and territory-specific agreement.
Which fans offer removable batteries for EU 2027 projects?
V6 and V7 desk fans and our new handheld designs offer removable batteries. We review battery access, compatible replacements, instructions and spare-battery supply for Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, applying from February 18, 2027, subject to scope and exceptions.
